I’m going to be starting a new certification training at the end of August and I need some clients to join me on this journey. I will be learning to use these hormone tests and what steps can be taken to get hormones back in balance. These steps can include lifestyle changes, food, nutrition, supplements, herbs, and movement.

I am offering a discount to those who sign up for individual consulting with me if it’s in regards to hormonal issues. It can be either men or women with issues with:

sexual hormone health
PMS
menstrual health (painful periods, heavy periods, no periods)
breast health (fibrocystic breasts, dense breast tissue, LCIS diagnosis, high breast cancer risk, breast cancer)*
adrenal health (which means, fatigue, brain fog, and exhaustion)

* It is a goal of mine that at the end of my training I am able to offer a new program specifically geared towards breast health and reducing breast cancer risk. Specifically looking for women who fall into this category.

Discount Details

I’m limiting this one-time offer to 10 people, only during my training (after which my normal consulting fees will resume). My training is for 12 weeks.

I am waving my $250 Initial Consult fee AND discounting the Luna Rhythm Hormone Balancing Program fee an additional 15%!! Normally this would cost a total of $610, but for these 10 people it is only $306. This is an incredible value that I will only be offering this one time.

PLEASE NOTE that the testing and any recommended herbs or supplements will be an additional cost. This cost will vary for each individual.

Gut & Hormone testing (additional cost) - addressing gut health is the first step & is foundational to balancing hormones so we do both tests

Here’s what you can expect working with me

The place to start is filling out the application to work together. This will give me some insight into what you need support with and if I am the right practitioner to help you reach those goals and if this program is the right fit. If I think we’re a match, you’ll receive a follow up email with all in the information you’ll need to set up your free Discovery Call.

After the application is filled out and we've had our Discovery Call, the next step is the Basic Nutrition Consult. We will take an in depth look into your personal and family health history, environmental exposures, and diet & lifestyle habits. We identify your wellness goals and make a plan that’s just right for you. Recommendations may include changes in diet and lifestyle, as well as adding herbs and supplements. This Basic Nutrition Consult consists of two 90 minutes sessions: Intake & Recommendations. During the Recommendations session we will discuss testing options.

FUNCTIONAL LABS DISCLAIMER + INFORMATION ON LABS

I have completed a program with Restorative Wellness Solutions, which is a certification program that grants practitioners access to functional labs to be used for detecting imbalances. Laboratory testing is performed to determine areas of dysfunction and opportunities for healing, not in diagnosis or treatment. I am not a doctor and do not diagnose or treat disease. I suggest each client shares lab results with their primary care doctor and refer to their doctor for any questions. **Labs are available to clients only- I do not offer labs to the general public.
