During this cooking class you will prepare foods for a week's worth of dinners. No leftovers here, but you'll prepare the food so you can make each dinner fresh. They will be quick, healthy meals! We will make 5 dinners, breakfast, and a dessert/snack. You will learn some new skills so you can have the confidence in your kitchen. When you sign up for the class you will receive all the recipes, a shopping list, and directions for anything you need to prep before class.

You will also receive bonus videos from me to help guide you through the recipes on dinner night.

Here's what's on the menu:


Dinners

  • Turkey Taco Soup
  • Sesame Ginger Oven-Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Rice & Easy Slaw
  • Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs, Oven Baked Potatoes & Roasted Asparagus
  • Turkey Veggie-Loaded Shepher's Pie
  • Blackened Salmon Bowls (can substitute for your choice of fish)

 

Breakfast

  • Blueberry, Sweet Potato Breakfast Meatballs - may sound a little weird, but they are really yummy!

 

You will be able to make protein substitutions if you choose. This menu will feed a family of four for 5 dinners, with possible leftovers for lunches, and breakfast for 1-2 people for 5 days. If you have a different size household, simply adjust the servings sizes to match.

Class Details:

We will meet via Zoom. This is an online class. This works great for a couple of reasons: 

 

1. You will be making a lot of food - it will be so easy to just pop it all right into your refrigeratorwhen we're done.

 

2. For those who are not real comfortable in the kitchen, this gives you the opportunity to get comfortable in your own home. It builds confidence. You'll create these tasty recipes with your own tools and know you've done it once and can do it again.

 

I've attended and taught other hands-on type of online classes before - not to worry, you'll still feel like you're part of a class and will be able to ask questions along the way.

After you sign up you will receive a couple of emails from me. The first email will have two documents: Cook Once Meal Prep Guide and Cook Once Meal Prep Notes. The second email will have a welcome video from me about prepping for class and the Zoom link for class. I am modifying things in the prep guide and we are not making the lunch recipes, so it's important to read all the materials and watch the video before class. Please watch for those.
