I teach a topic on the Building Blocks of the Foundation of Health. Each month there will be a group challenge to work on, as well as your own personal goals.
Live Support Group Time:
each month we will meet as a group via Zoom to do challenge check ins. This will also be time for me to answer questions you have about the lesson for the month.

How long is the Membership for?
When I designed the Choice Living Club, it was my plan to take you on a year long journey of transformation. I have A LOT of topics I want to teach you about, but sometimes committing to entire year of classes is not practical. So, membership in the Choice Living Club is for 6 months at a time. At the end of the six months, I will start the second set of classes, and you will be able to choose whether you want to continue your journey. Membership for the first group will start October 1, 2020.
