I use our relationship with food as a platform for transformation and self discovery. I do this by teaching workshops designed to bring the body into balance where people have more energy, mental clarity, and can think straight. From this place of feeling more in control, individuals become adept at self governing around food. They become skilled at eating intuitively and choosing fulfillment over limitation. I help people make the transition from where they are, to where they want to go. From who they are, to who they want to become. I am an intuitive guide, a change facilitator, I know the secrets of change and help people eat intuitively and step into their personal power. But this isn’t the icing on the cake, the icing is that I wake people up to the beauty of who they are and what they really hunger for in life. I am a part of a movement to elevate global consciousness, wake people up, and evolve the way we relate to food and our bodies.
In the 7 Weekly Workshops you will obtain the knowledge, courage, and strength to shine the light on negative thoughts, eradicate limiting beliefs and debunk the untrue stories that keep you stuck and limited. You will use a variety of strategies to step into your personal power, resolve inner conflict that arises when you want one thing, yet do another, and learn how to deal with uncomfortable emotions that can impede progress. You will discover what you really hunger for in life.
There are two levels of the Finally Free Workshops:
Level 1:
Level 1 is the initial 7 weekly workshops that bring the body into balance with a 30-day no sugar challenge, you will begin to break down habits and patterns that no longer serve you. You will learn key strategies to discover what you really hunger for in life, and step into your personal power to go after what you want. You will gain confidence in your ability to self-govern around food and temptations.
Level 2:
Level 2 transitions you from the weekly workshops into the 10 monthly maintenance workshops. In these workshops you will continue to progress. You will master the art of intuitive eating and continue to break down habits and patterns that don’t serve you. Maintenance is designed to transition you from where you are, to where you want to go. From who you are, to who you want to become. You will have the opportunity to move from self loathing to self-appreciation, powerlessness to personal power, and from fear to love and joy as you engage in your own Hero’s Journey. From this place of wholeness there is no need to feed soothe or avoid anything and you may find yourself Finally Free and at peace with food and yourself.

Level 1: Finally Free 7-Weeks of Workshops
Here is an overview of what we cover in the Level 1 program:

WEEK 6: Week 6 is when you obtain the knowledge and strategies to deal with the things that get in the way of your long-term success. You will learn how to deal with negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, and unruly emotions so you can successfully transition from where you are to where you want to go.

WEEK 7: Week 7 is the last of the weekly workshops where you will learn how to move successfully through the 6 Phases of Change for long term success. In this workshop you get a beautiful glimpse of who you are beyond your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions and what it’s like to be Finally Free and at peace with food and your body.
WEEK 1: This first week is all about a 30-Day No Sugar Challenge, which takes you out of the cycle of food cravings and sugar addiction fast. You tap into your outer resources and set your environment up for success and learn how to deal with an unsupportive person if you have one in your life. This will give you more energy, mental clarity and feeling in control.

WEEK 2: You’ll learn how to tap into your inner power. This will give you the courage you need to make the change you desire successfully. You will create an Inner Warrior, a “No Thank You Phrase”, and an Emergency Mantra. These are designed to empower you and move you away from the belief that you can’t, to a place where you know you can.

WEEK 3: You will discover how you use food to meet your emotional needs and find more fulfilling ways to meet those needs. This is where you separate emotional hunger from physical hunger and discover what you really hunger for in life.
​
WEEK 4: You will learn how to separate physical hunger from emotional hunger even further with intuitive eating. No more Atkins, Paleo, or Keto diets. You will tap into your own inner guidance with intuitive eating. Intuitive eating is the art of self governing around food effectively. You will discover your hunger signal, your satiation signal and learn to trust your physical body and enjoy food without guilt or shame. Food tastes SO much better when you eat intuitively!

WEEK 5: The 30-Day No Sugar Challenge ends, and you move into the Good Decisions Lifestyle Guidelines. Because life is too short not to eat chocolate. You’ll learn an amazing strategy that will help you deal with your thinking mind and all it likes to thrash you with. You’ll entertain the idea that perhaps you are enough, just as you are. This is the beginning of being at peace with food and your body.

Level 2: Finally Free 10 Monthly Workshops
After the initial 7 weeks of workshops, you have the option to work with me one-on-one or continue with monthly workshops. Transformation is NOT a 7 week process. If you’ve lost weight before and gained it back you know the importance of having a guide on this journey to help you transition from the person you were, to the person you wish to become. What will you learn?
Month 1 Struggle: Month one explores the nature of struggle. In this workshop you will learn how to release unnecessary struggle and discover how to struggle well so you can move forward with ease and grace.

Month 2 Alter Ego: Month two you will create your alter ego. Alter egos help us transition from one personality to another. You will leave old patterns behind and identify new patterns you desire that will leave you feeling fulfilled and joyful.

Month 3 Renovating Beliefs: In month three you will take a sledgehammer to beliefs that no longer serve you and call in new beliefs that do. This workshop breaks down the story of not enough and gives you a taste of who you really are beyond the stories you have told.

Month 4 Self Trust: In month 4 you will discover how to trust yourself and your inner guidance. Self-trust is the first step to self-love and in this workshop you will gain confidence in yourself and the power you have within you.

Month 5 Self Love: Once self-trust is built, you move into month 5 where you will experience self-love. This workshop introduces you to mirror work and can deepen your relationship with yourself beyond anything you can imagine.
Month 6 Inner Conflict: In month 6 you will discover more strategies to resolve inner conflict and continue to break down the story of not enough. You will meet your inner child and merge two aspects of yourself so you can move forward choosing fulfillment over limitation.

Month 7 The Nature of Reality: In workshop 7 you will explore the nature of reality and get another amazing glimpse into who you are. You discover your own infinite potential to change your reality, and the world around you.

Month 8 Beyond Fear: In workshop 8 we address any fear that may arise from discovering how big we are! Fear is an emotion that leaves many of us scared to step into our full potential. This workshop empowers you to move beyond fear into what’s next for you to experience in life.

Month 9 The Hero’s Journey: In workshop 9 we explore the hero’s journey and normalize the challenges we face in life. You will learn the secrets of navigating change easily and without fear.
​
Month 10 Self Realization and Finally Free: The last workshop you discover how to access your core self and the higher vibrational emotions. You discover who you are beyond thoughts, beliefs and emotions. You see your beautiful self! You will learn a valuable meditation technique designed to set you Finally Free.
